What is the warranty?

All wholesale purchases are final, however, we do offer a 90 day warranty from the time
of your customer's purchase date. This applies to product defects only.

Does Epesitec ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We ship to any country in the world as long as the shipping address is accepted by our fulfillment partner. We provide a tracking number with every shipment.

What about the power cord?

Epesitec provides a universal power cord that will be compatible throughout the world.
